2.	Supervision Berth 1-7 & RoRo	Ensure compliance of design and execution of 1.1.1 as per contract agreement.
3.	ESIA Study Dredging	Prepare binding HSE guidelines for design and execution of dredging works 1.1.2.
4.	Supervision Dredging	Ensure compliance of design and execution of 1.1.2 as per contract agreement.
5.	Supervision Berth 8-11	Ensure compliance of design and execution of 1.1.3 as per contract agreement.
6.	Supervision Rail Terminals	Ensure compliance of design and execution of 1.1.4 as per contract agreement.
7.	Technical Assist. to Implement.	Technical assistance port engineering and port project management.
8.	Procurement Assistant	Transfer of expertise to uplift TPA staff to work according International Standards.
9.	Capacity building / training	Increase of expertise of all TPA staff with regard to port upgrade as per DMGP.
10.	Institutional strengthening TPA	Sound organisation structure, procedures and resources ensuring TPA economic success.
11.	Independent technical auditor	Ensure compliance of performance of projects monitoring of DMGP success.
