Awareness Training on GRM to External Stakeholders

Tanzania Ports Authority prepared the Grievances Redressal Mechanism with objectives of managing of complaints and grievances from communities and other local stakeholders in a systematic, fair, timely and transparent manner in order to promote mutual confidence and trust.

The training was attended by participants from Ministry of Works, Transport and Communication (MoWTC)- Transport, National Environmental Management Council 

(NEMC), Tanzania International Container Terminal Services (TICTS) and TPA
